The Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception is located in the heart of Kingston, Ontario. A Neo-Gothic styled cathedral, it opened in 1848 and is one of Kingston’s oldest churches.
I was lucky enough to stop in during a time when there weren’t any tours occurring, although a wedding rehearsal was about to begin! I could tell you all about the details here, but I think the beauty of this cathedral speaks for itself.
Thanks for stopping by today! As always, I love to hear from you so please leave a comment below! 🙂
Great image Erin. This is perfect for B&W as it really brings out the beautiful architectural elements.
Thanks, Edith! I liked the color version, but I chose the B&W for that reason.
I’m with Edith on this beauty, Erin. Well done. 🙂
I really love this one, as everyone else has said the b&w really accents the strong contrast in the shot, accenting the richness of the architecture! Well done, my dear friend.
