It’s cold and rainy in Charleston. Again. It seems we’ve spent this whole winter enduring weather more typical of Seattle than that of Charleston. And again, I’ve been longing for warm, sunny weather.
Which brings me to today’s photo. Roger and I spent ten amazing days in Montego Bay, Jamaica for our honeymoon in May. Whenever I’m feeling cold and blah, I look back at the photos we took and remember the warmth of the sun, sand, surf, and even the staff during that stay. Everything and everyone was inviting and laid-back.
I took this photo from our table at Tokyo Joe’s, a Japanese stir-fry restaurant. It’s hard to imagine a table with a better view.
